This page is for non-personal regains that impact the world of Recollé as a whole. These regains will now be put into effect somewhere in the city or somewhere outside of it depending on discussions, and may include regions of your character's canon (such as a marketplace, a shopping center, a forest - if there is something you are interested in regaining, please discuss it with us) in addition to flora and fauna, items, games, and a variety of things. Please see our World Changes page for examples of what people have bought back.
There is no limit as to how many regions or world changes you can purchase, although prices for these world changes are higher priced than personal regains in general. As a gauge for prices, the Junes shopping center has been priced at 5500, while flora regains such as Pokemon berries have been under 1000.
There are two different payment categories for these regains: Cast-sourced and Crowd-sourced. Generally this will be determined based on cast size and the location or effect in question, but we will discuss it on a case by case basis. In terms of Crowd-sourced options, characters and their cast must contribute 25% of the cost of their regain, while 75% may be crowd-sourced. Any character may contribute to as many crowd-sourced causes as they would like per month, but for causes not related to their canons they are capped to 500 points maximum per month per cause. This means you could submit 500 points to every crowd-sourced cause if you so chose. You are not capped for submissions to causes from your own canon.
We will always OOCly or ICly (sometimes both) announce when objectives have been met! Until an announcement has gone up, the regains or losses to the world do not apply.

ATTACK ON TITAN: WALL MARIA including the structure of the Shinganshina District
Made with an unknown, durable substance and a whopping 50 meters in height, Wall Maria is a massive fortress lined with old fashioned cannons mounted on rails and stretches into a circle for kilometers. At each corner of the wall are one of four peripheral districts, all long abandoned, but only one seems to have an opening to enter. Shinganshina District is a fairly primal looking town, no electricity and small cabin-like houses. Tier Two may now be donated towards. Tier two includes: the initial land structure which will include the grasslands, rivers, hot springs, mountains, and titan forest. Basically the flora and natural resources
GOAL: 8,000 points.
CAST REQUIREMENT: 1000/2000
OPEN REQUIREMENT: 3040/6000
OUROBOROS: Rainbowland
A small themepark somewhere in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Rainbowland has a ferris wheel, carousel, roller coaster, gyro tower, an assortment of child-friendly rides (teacups, bumper cars, hurricane, octopus), a train, restaurants, a midway, and a Monster House. The Monster House is a major attraction, located at the end of the central promenade of the park. It features live actors, dressed up as various monsters, jumping out at you in each room. Several of the rooms have neat features, like a chandelier that seems to fall on you. In the back is a storage/prop room (though technically off limits to everyone but staff).
Currently Rainbowland contains: the grounds, the midway, the carousel, the children's rides, the roller coaster, ferris wheel and restaurants.
The current buy-in includes the following: monster house, gyro tower, and mini-train.
GOAL: 4,000 points.
CAST REQUIREMENT: 1000/1000
OPEN REQUIREMENT: 0/3000
YU-GI-OH: Mortuary Temple An Ancient Egyptian funerary shrine that is located underground and houses the Millennium Stone, origin of the Millennium Items, and door to the underworld*.
*There is no access to the afterlife in Recolle
