OCTOBER ITEM HUNTS
Hello! If you would like to form a small group (minimum of two players) to go on a mini-quest throughout the game's landscape searching for an item, clue, or spell to ward off the infection please fill out the form below!
Please note: the mod team will only be providing the item, what it may need to be combined with, the location, and potential troubles they may have searching for it. We will leave how you thread this out up to you.
Characters who are infected may still participate in the daytime hours should you wish! However, your scenarios may be a little...different...
We will also create a small master list of what characters are going after what items so that you may reference it to coordinate and combine your items! Please remember you will need to figure out IC arrangements on your own.

When Lillian and Anna approach the mailbox outside of Wiffle-Waffle, they will receive a note from the mailbox. The writing on the bottom is smudged, but it will state the following:
CIRCUITBYTE - Small landmine-like device that when set and launched will send electromagnetic waves through the ground. Best used to combat robots, as the waves will pulsate and reset their programming from the feet upward for a temporary amount of time. Manual reprogramming still required.
Well that's fine. Please handle all explosives responsibly.
It might be a little harder to know where to even begin looking for these things, but a little brainstorming and traveling through the city will ignite their instincts and lead them straight to…the Stardust. That's right. The roller rink/ice rink/bowling alley.
The girls will have to stake out the area and wait for the rink's weekly Glow In the Dark skate to come up. During this time, disco lights, fun music, and waves of pulsing lights will flood the skating rink.
The two of them will have to sneak in to the electrical/maintenance room on the third floor and search the premises to locate the circuit breaker that controls all of the additional lights and strobes. It'll be a box on the wall with several wires and plugs and knobs and the like that control the amount of energy pumped out, the lights that are in sync with the music and the main lighting of the skating rink.
They will have to figure out the right combination of wires to pull and reroute (judging by the lights and colors in the skating rink) in order to keep things running smooth and push the wires aside to uncover a large, smooth disc-like object. Flickering multiple colors, the circuitbyte will be able to be removed only if everything is rewired around it!
If neither of them are technical enough to do this, they could just rip out wires and hope for the best.
Problems they face include waiting for the right time to do this, getting into the maintenance room, rerouting the system and possibly crashing the whole system. But if they're smart enough to reconnect as they disconnect it'll be easy to lift the items they need and get out of there.
Once they have the circuitbyte, they will notice a small button on the underside. Pressing this button will activate the device, and setting it on the ground will allow them 10 seconds to back off before it launches the counterwave to combat evil robots.
