Newly housed in a remote location attached to the Recollé Public Library, one only has to pass through the invisible door scanners to access Zee's current office. Upon entering, users will see an upgraded suite, three unmarked (and closed) doors along the wall behind Zee's desk, and windows overlooking the city.

-Threads with Zee may be used for AC/bonus points should players choose to do so.
-Threads with Zee may be used to gain mission assignments or discuss plot points, game events, etc.
-Threads with Zee may be cut short if they are irrelevant solely to save on mod-time as well.
-Unless stated otherwise, assume that he is always reachable for Retrospec users.

Well it turns out my good friend Isamu has some friends of his own in this world. The Tachikoma. Sure, they each happen to also have a lot of firepower, but watching the data processing network that happens when you plug them together? This is impressive.

Well a lot of you have a lot of firepower, too, but that hasn't stopped us from engaging with you.
What do you think they could do for us?

Forget the guns. You’re looking for something that can process and split out the soul energy, right? I have a few ideas on what from Togusa’s world would help. These guys acting as an advanced data network was one of them.

And if they're an advanced data network that means keeping the information split and out of reach from someone on the main network. Right? Tell me that's what you're saying here.

Bingo. Retrospec seems to be treating Isamu like an object rather than a user: the Retrospec doesn’t automatically download onto him. Anything we run through them? Would be off the network.

You’d just..you know.. have to babysit them.

Well how hard could that be to watch them? It's not like they're going to really take over or anything...

No no! They won't take anything over. They're not really a threat. Just. They can be a handful.
Imagine having eight very curious toddlers asking you lots of questions.

Go ahead and drop them off at my office. I can move them to somewhere more remote and out of the way so they aren't a prime target.
But I can pretend to go along with that.
...so let me ask you something. The app doesn't download to them and we can stream information through them, right? Can we actually stream information through them and then back through the app? So that people are connected on the network, but their information gets re-routed and sent through another network that's still connected.
If that makes sense. I've been studying a lot and all of this is still kind of complex for me.

Hunh. If you route it through Isamu as the linkage...because he was the one that Retrospec handed over to me? ... maybe.

It would work if you ran it through me as the focus. But I have no idea what would happen to me.

That sounds kind of dangerous actually. Have you ever done anything like that before?

No. I dont think he has, either.

The Major would have been our better bet, but we lost her. And Mariko can’t help now.

I'd rather not risk it.
If I can figure it out with them...I will. Until then, I can use them for data about the soul energy and readings I've been picking up.

But, okay. Nine, now, Tachikomas headed your way. I'll keep in contact, but Isamu can act as the closest thing you've got to a leader for them.
